Secretaría Técnica del FesTVal, donde se reúnen las principales cadenas y productoras nacionales  de TV. Durante una semana, se estrenan las series más destacadas de la temporada y los nuevos programas; además, se celebran esas redondas, jornadas de trabajo,  programas en directo. El FesTVal premia en la gala de clausura a las series y profesionales destacadados del último año.
